            GROUP TRAINING

 

We offer a wide variety of fun, safe and effective classes to meet the needs of our clients. With various levels of clients, experience and ages, classes offered per week during the Summer, Fall, Winter & Spring time, we have something for everyone!

Choose from classes such as Core Crunch, Guts & Butts, Boot Camp, Boxing Blast, Group Strength, Circuit Challenge and Group Plyometrics. We provide a motivating workout experience to help you reach your fitness goals! All classes include modifications for all fitness levels with authorization from instructor.

Tip: The cost of the group classes can be significately reduced when you bring friends, family, and co-workers.  

Typically groups of 2 @ $35, 3 @ $25, and 4 or more each $20.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

ONLINE SKYPE COACHING

KevCo is coming to you. Yes, a private trainer in your home or office via Skype
(download needed), at an affordable price. We offer two programs to get you fit and healthy.

It’s easy to start! Send us your Skype name and availability. Be sure to give us a time slot when you are available for 1 full hour.  This is the first step to a healthier lifestyle, the rest we will explain to you when we meet with you on Skype.

A flexible fitness program that your employees can participate in with minimal space and my equipment.

 

We are confident in our service and will provide the first demo class discounted to show you what we can do. Our recommendation is a minimum of 5 employees, up to 12 employees, at your facility 1 – 5 times a week

 

  • We charge the clients directly so this is free for the company to offer, unless the company wishes to subsidize the program. In that case, we can arrange a payment process with the company.

  • For clients, our pricing structure may vary for each client based on how many days per month he/she plans on attending class.

  • Enrollment is on a month-to-month basis with payment due at the beginning of each month.
