FITNESS ASSESSMENT
We do a comprehensive fitness assessment to provide us a variety of subjective and objective infomation including a preparticipation health screening, resting physiologic measurements, and measurements to help determine the fitness level of the client. Information collected helps the effective exercise program to hit the goals of client. Cost is $75. Rebated towards sign up packages.

We offer a wide variety of fun, safe and effective classes to meet the needs of our participants. With various levels of students, experience and ages, classes offered per week during the Summer, Fall, Winter & Spring time, we have something for everyone! Choose from classes such as Core Crunch, Guts & Butts, Boot Camp, Boxing Blast, Group Strength, Circuit Challenge and Group Plyometrics. We provide provide a motivating workout experience to help you reach your fitness goals! All classes include modifications for all fitness levels with authorization from the instructor.
